Full dissector place (strictly limited numbers):
Individual early-bird registration before 1st October 2021
3 days: GBP £1,375.00
ENT / Neurosurgeon partnership before 1st October 2021
3 days: GBP £2,500.00 per pair
After 1st October 2021
3 days: GBP £1,525.00
The course fee includes all refreshments, lunches and the course dinner. The hotel charges are not included.
How to Pay
Please note, your place on the course is not confirmed until your full payment (in £’s Sterling) has been received by the Course Administrator. Please ensure any bank charges are paid IN ADDITION to the full course fee, otherwise your place cannot be confirmed.

Cancellation
Cancellations received in writing before 6 weeks of the first day of the course will be entitled to a 70% refund if a replacement participant can be found. In the event of the place not being filled, only a 30% refund can be given as the course fee assumes maximum occupancy. After this date, refunds CANNOT be given unless a like-for-like replacement can be found. Bookings may be transferred to a colleague provided that details are submitted, in writing, to the organiser by no later than the first day of the course.
